President Goodluck Jonathan had official meeting with President Shimon Peres of the State of Israel in Jerusalem on October 28, 2013, Monday.
The Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, who is also a part of the delegation, was conspicuously absent at the signing of the Bilateral Air Services Agreement (BASA).
